Each Nilkawtian community is, however, unique. There are no large communities in Nilkawt, even in the capital, Twaklinton. The districts of the main towns are designed on a communal basis, in a similar way to the little villages, with excellently informed processes of research, planning, consultation, construction and maintenance.
The psychological profiling within Nilkawt is conducted purely for reasons of social harmony, not for commercial purposes. The psychological profiling provided through this digital embassy is another matter entirely.
Nilkawt is currently completely surrounded by the mainland of Australia. This situation is most unfortunate but geography is rarely a matter of reasonable negotiation.
As a neighbour, Australia is frequently a nuisance. Its psychological profile, as expressed through the behaviour of its leadership, usually leaves much to be desired. As all citizens of Nilkawt are also citizens of Australia, this means that all Nilkawtians have dual citizenship, or even more than two citizenships.
For many years, the Nilkawtians have been deporting unpleasant Australians from Nilkawtian territory. The Nilkawtians have also been cancelling the Nilkawtian citizenship of the most annoying dual citizens, particularly those having expressed a propensity for duels and/or ostentatious jewels.
Nilkawt has no constitutional basis through which to acknowledge sole Nilkawtian citizenship. The Constitution itself states that:
All ordinary mortals within Nilkawtian territory must either be Australian citizens or dual Nilkawtian-Australian citizens.
Significant numbers of Australians have been deported as tourists, for a wide variety of reasons, from a wide variety of countries, including Nilkawt.
Australians on business in Nilkawt have often been deported when they have failed to maintain an acceptable financial relationship with the Bank of Nilkawt. The process has always been similar to the repossession of Australian housing in bubble situations, in the name of fairness.
The matter of dispossession, on the other hand, has never been part of Nilkawtian history. There is nothing arbitrary about the uncommon law of Nilkawt. The Australians, on the other hand, often give their cabinets too much power, well beyond the respectable limits of due process.
